A phone caller (with a very heavy middle-eastern accent) said he was from the Amazon Security department. He stated that someone in Dayton, OH used my Amazon account to order a computer for over $700. When I said I have not given permission for the order, he wanted me to turn on my computer so that he could cancel the order and fix the security settings.

When I insisted that I would like to call back to Amazon Security directly he hung up very quickly. My caller ID listed the call from 907-376-3825.
