My husband, Keith Armstead, began talking to RiseUp Automation on November 8, 2024. This was about starting an online business through them as an Amazon Seller. He advised them that we would be busy until after the new year and that we would talk to them at that time. After discussing it, we decided to invest our money in starting the Amazon Store, that they were to run. We signed the contract January 14, 2025, and wired the money for the investment to them at that time. Based on the contract, we had 2 times that we would be able to opt out. Once at 90 days and then at the 24-month time as well. It began very slowly; it took them over a month to get started with the store. When we started this, we had the impression that they had ins with manufactures or something, but it turned out they were just buying on eBay, Walmart and from other Amazon Sellers to sell in our store. They had multiple issues with shipping product to the buyers and we had many returns because of this. The Amazon account was put on review twice during the first 90 days. At the 90-day mark, since we had made zero profit from the store, we made the decision to terminate the agreement per the contract. Communication from them has been spotty at best. Mostly, we do not hear from them. We have made multiple attempts to contact them, the last being on Monday April 28, 2025, so far, they have been ignored. Currently the store is inactive in Amazon. We have asked that they return all items that were purchased as soon as possible but are not seeing any movement on that side either. At this point, we just want to get our money returned. We have also sent them Certified letter requesting the money be returned, so far they have not said anything.
