I ordered a rattan outdoor swing and a piece of cloth and cord came. They said there was a mix up, but refused to send a return label and refused to refund my money. They told me I can sell the item to get my money back.

i purchased a chair and ottoman from Amazon Store Pro for $59.99 on 3/27 (payment was received by PPP zonerevelb unit d16 f oneCapital Hong Kong 99HK). I recd a pair of sunglasses instead. Sent them an email telling them that I recd the wrong item and their reply was "we sent you the wrong item , the glasses are worth about the same as what you bought. If you want to return them I'll work with customs. otherwise will negotiate refund. I responded that I was contacting you. If you look at their website reviews, somebody stated they received glasses in error also. I think they should be looked at as this isnt their first offense. You see the name "amazonstorepro" you associate it with Amazon and its not. Dont want anyone else to get scammed. Thank you! J P 3xx- 4xx- 9xxx

Amazon store pro advertised on Facebook. They had an ad for swinging patio chairs (which we fell for) and I’m sure MANY other items. We went onto their site via Facebook and ordered chairs at a cost of $89.98. They sent us one towel from the dollar store and emailed that our items were sent. Had to dispute this Fraudulent charge with the bank. Do not Ever order from this company. The charges came out of the account, not as Amazon store pro but, as 429825 PPP DAILYNICELYF COM HONGKONG H KG.

Not a legitimate company. Definitely a legitimate SCAM!
