I bought a camera part from a site advertising on Facebook. The company was called Juchiude nd the reply came from [email protected]. They provided tracking information which stated that the item had been delivered but it never arrived. I lost $46.98 which is not a lot but it is criminal activity.

The online transaction stated:
PROMOSOLES

Hong Kong

HKD 389.82

@10.0056 Visa Rate

VIS

Any help with recovering the money would be gratefully received

I bought two Lego sets from this company. As per the companies web site tracker it said the package was delivered. I contacted the company and they confirmed the package was delivered. They gave me the tracking number. I inputted the tracking number into the USPS tracker I was told and they have nothing on the package. So I am out the money and items. I contacted them again and they said they will give me on 10% back on my order.
