The product advertized that i purchased on may 30'th 2023, through my visa debit card and recieved it in non Operational condition, missing parts and had broken parts etc. The product was advertised and listed on Amazon .. being sold by Amazon marketplace, cost me $313.00 cnd. It was advertised as being fully functional and as a complete unit as if brand new ..and backed the same warranty as a brand new complete previous not returned unit .. but it was absolutely not covered as nor has it been easy to deal with amazon marketplace customer service and the manufacturer is refusing to process the Warrenty for their said item and amazon is refusing responsibility etc .. i am stuck with dozens upon dozens of hours on the phone and amazon messages. I've been gaslighted, mislead, misinformed, made me jump through hoops, forced me to get traumatized over and over again replaying my request informations my ptsd, etc .. and they've on many occasions apologized for their previous errors etc and still months later amazon refused to refund my money or take back the item or contact the manufacturer to get them to warrenty the item as per the marketed details of the item i purchased .. i have stated my disabilities and requested many times for accommodations and to resolve this forthwith and amazon has refused to deal with this useless item that they sold and stated had a 12 month warranty. And that the manufacturer throwes my request back to face at amazon and amazon today said final decision we will terminate this phone call etc.. and they hung yp when i asked for the name of their supervisor and contact information and asked for information on humans Rights accomodations policies details etc etc ..

Used/returned Amazon Products being sold as still new complete functional and warranted backed by amazon are an absolute scam .. they dont at all honor the products .. it's a scam .. the manufacturer and seller named "NONSENSE" supposedly responsible for warranty of those products is a scam .. it's all deny, avoid, evade, mislead, gaslight, abuse our time, abuse our enegries, abuse our money, refuse service, refuse and filter out customer posting of comments relative to defective products purchased.
