Trying to print a book. Made me pay for ISBN number and bar codes and this was not disclosed in earlier conversations. Said I would get three of them. Only gave me one. When I contacted them again regarding the three, they said I would get I got no response from them. After exploring other publishing options, I found out that ISBN numbers are free. They use Amazon logo on their website. I attempted to get my bank account number sent to them on a Word document. I called the real Amazon company and they said they are not associated with them.
