On January 22, 2024 I had got in touch with amazon wholesale liquidartion pallets on messenger/facebook. I inquired about buying a pallet but they were 400.00 i asked if they had anything not that much he told me they had mystery boxes for 100. so I told him yes Id like one. he asked me to cash app the money so I got the cash app name TrOy979 and screen shotted the guy if it was correct he said yes. later i recieved a text from the boss from number 323-250-2388 that the boss did not receive the money so when we looked the guy and told me wrong that wasnt his cash app. his was Tr0y979 the O should have been a zero. so i showed the boss all the messages and he said since it was his employee mistake hed take the 100 from the employee and still place my order. He told me Id have an email in a few hours with my tracking number. So when I got the tracking number I looked up my order and it already said on hold so i asked them why it was on hold they said i had to contact the shipping people cma-dhllogistics was the shipping company. so i called 904-770-5214 the number listed on their site. The guy told me that I needed to pay 250.00 to them for insurance on the package that would be fully reimbursed on delivery. I didnt want to but I felt I had to but if i would have been told that when i placed the order i would not have placed the order which i told them that too. reluctantly I paid Boris Zimo 250.00 thru my chime account and put on the notation for insurance on package to be delivered. So then Boris told me the package would be here Wednesay January the 24th by 10 a.m. Wednesday morning I text the shipping company the 904 770 5214 and asked if the package was still going to be here by 10 a.m. and He said he sent me an email. The email stated I needed to pay an additional 300.00 for refundable custom stamps shipping for package and that also could be refunded at time of delivery. I threw a fit I did not have 300 more and If I did I wasnt paying it. I told him I will be canceling the order because thats not right. He then kept texting different things about the refundable custom stamps and what I had to pay. Then finally he said he is the shipping company get ahold of the shipper. When I looked at the tracking order it shows the address of shipper to be Jeffery Jones 10360 w monaco blvd, arizona city, AZ. I have tried to contact the amazon place and he wont answer my calls he has since blocked me from the site I was on to purchase the item. Both parties refuse to give me my money back.
