This company sent me an item I did not order and then told me I was unable to return the item due to customs fees, so to keep it, and they are unable to send me my original items I ordered. They are unwilling to accept the item returned, and unwilling to issue a full refund. I’m contacting my bank to dispute the charge and having them do a chargeback on my behalf. This company should not be doing business. They are scamming people and lying to them. I’ve attached the email thread between their support and myself where you can see they claim responsibility for their error but are unwilling to refund me.
