I ordered two wicker chairs with stand and rain cover for $90. I received one hammock chair worth about $20. They said they made a mistake and are offering a 40% refund. I have asked for full refund. They do not want me to return the product because of import fees. They have not offered to send the correct product. The name of the company communicating with me has changed from where I ordered it.

I had ordered 3 wicker patio chairs which were never delivered. I was given a tracking number which says items were delivered on 4th of Apr. I called UPS and Fedex and tracking number was not in system. But on Amazonstorepro.com its saying delivered but it doesnt give any info in regards to tracking from HongKong to OH.

I ordered a porch swing off of a facebook ad from "Amazon Store Pro" that was selling for $49.95 plus $9.99 shipping (Total of $59.97) and paid with my credit card (I usually like paying through Paypal just incase it's a scam and I can file a dispute and get my money back, but they didn't offer Paypal as an option) They said on their website that shipping takes 10-15 business days once the item has been shipped. I got a tracking # and was able to track it the whole way...until it said it was delivered and nothing was here. It stated that it was in or by my mailbox. But the item I ordered was a large porch swing so there's no possible way it could be in my mailbox.

I also received a foreign item close to the time when my item said it was delievered but I couldn't figure out what it was or where it came from and I know I didn't order it. (it was a hammock I found out)

So I messaged customer support and explained that I never received my order. They told me to go to my post office and it should be there. It wasn't at my post office, obviously. So I emailed again, and they said they showed record of me receving the item, but they showed it being a small item. They found out that there was a mistake and they shipped the wrong item. So I asked them to ship me the correct item asap. Then they said they couldn't ship it until they receieved the small item (the hammock) that I never ordered, and I was responsible to ship back but they had to get back with me because they weren't sure of the return address. I explained that I wasn't paying to ship this item back that I didn't order and they needed to get me my swing I ordered. Then they messaged back and said they changed their mind and were no longer requiring me to send back the hammock because the cost of shipping would be too much due to customs fees/being over seas. And suddenly they were no longer able to send me my swing that I ordered and never received. Imagine that! So being extremly frustrsted, I told them I need my full refund back. They just appologized and said that I could keep the hammock (again, the item I DIDN"T order) now and that the best they could do was 20%$ back. They claimed the hammock was the cost of the large porch swing I ordered and couldn't refund my entire amount. I went back and forth with them over and over and they continue saying ok, 30% is the best we can do and that's the final offer. I keep saying no, I need my entire refund back for my item I never received but they aren't giving it to me. I'm at 50% now. Very very frustrating!! Definitely a scam company.

i ordered a two person wicker swing with stand and cover instead received a hammock no frame and was told it was comparable in price so i could keep this instead shipped wrong item by mistake sent wrong item to myself and my son

I went on the website to order a wicker swing chair with stand and cushions. It was said to be discounted from $125 to $50. I ordered two chairs. I was provided a tracking number and when the delivery finally occurred it was a canvas hammock that I have no where to hang. I kindly asked the customer support to send me a return label so that I may return the unwanted hammock and get a refund. They refuse to provide a label and will only provide a 20% refund stating that I can keep the hammock and/or sell it myself. I informed them that it is too much of a pain to sell said hammock and they continue to refuse to accept it as a return and give a full refund

I ordered a patio chair swing and was sent a very poor quality hammock - which, to be honest, is pretty funny. I go between hating these scammers and respecting their game. I emailed the many oddly named resources for a refund and have gotten a response from one of them. They are using lots of tactics to try to make me give up by making the process super complicated. They're trying to tell me the hammock they sent me was worth the same I paid for the patio swing, which is laughable. I doubt I'll see the money again, but I'll keep trying. The clues were there that this was a scam, but I risked it for a well priced chair - now I know!
