Website says they are Tech support for Amazon, Staples and Paperwhite. Used SEO keywords to link a phone number for support for numerous services. Used LogMein through internet provider to remotely connect with your computer and reports within 5-10 minutes that your kindle is “compromised” and you can pay $199 to fix it. After phone call is complete, I realized they were still on my computer, and called back. The tech said “if you cannot tell me your technicians name and case number there is nothing we can do”
