The company was supposedly an enrollment center for health insurance but they advertise some sort of benefits cash card. The number is 1-888-894-6250; chief agent goes by the name Linda and she has an accent that is not common to the United States. They get your name, address, SSN, etc for these health benefits through Ambetter from meridian and you actually receive a letter and they tell you of a welcome packet that has a benefits cash card. Also, you receive envelopes from the health benefits marketplace.
