was to be a free trial only to pay the shipping. a 1 time charge, then i get charged for the full cost of the product, twice.

i saw an add on Facebook and decided to try it, since i only had to pay for shipping of $4.95. It stated a 1 time charge, so on 12/22/2018 i ordered the product online, i was charged $4.97 and $4.99 for shipping to the JMO HEAL, i think for 2 products the eye serum and the face cream, They were shipped together in 1 box though. so not sure why the charge for shipping was charged twice. So today I noticed a debit from my account for $49.92 and and second one for $49.95. i start to worry that i had been hacked so i checked the bank statements and all it has is a phone number so i call them and am told i had 14 days to cancel the order since it was a 14 day trial, i stated there was nothing said when i ordered the product nor with the product showing that when it arrived at my home. i asked for a refund since the product i ordered was a trial offer and was told no because they dont do trial offers they send out the full months product. I explained what the advertisement said and that it stated very clearly that there was a free trial for the Ambrosina and the shipping was the only cost. I did not agree to any kind of 14 day trial, I did agree to a free trial of the product. I have been charged for something that was said to be free.

I paid using my visa debit card.

The charges i agreed to were for shipping of $ 4.95 1 time.

I purchased this on December 22, 2018.

I was charged 2 different amounts that i never authorized or agreed to pay on Jan 15, 2019.

Tried to resolve this issue with customer care on Jan 15, 2019.

I just want the charges refunded back to my account since they clearly misled and lied about the cost.

Paid shipping for a free trial that without my knowledge entered me into a monthly subscription for $160 a month and I cannot make any contact with the business to cancel, return or refund. Calls sit on hold for hours and emails go unanswered. This is a scam that is costing me a lot of money. The only way to stop payment is to cancel bank card.

I oredr a free sample - I recieved it. 11-19-18

On 11-26-18 They took 2 draws from my Debit Card $89.91-$89.95 - I did not order anything, nor did I recieve anything. Region's Bank & Visa are working to settle the dispute. But not luck. We spoke with Richard #490 at the com. he said he could not speak to us. Only the bank.

There was an ad on Facebook about a great skincare product. It said Lara Spencer from GMA was leaving GMA because this product was so great and she was just going to market this product. The sample was offered at free with shipping and handling$4.99 so I decided to try it. Before I could order a pop up for eye serum also came up with a free sample,with shipping and handling $4.97 so I proceeded with my credit card. I got the samples and paid this bill. The next month my card was billed $89.95 for this eye serum and $49.92 for skincare. I never recieved another shipment of any products. I have reported this to the FTC and wrote to the credit card to hopefully dismiss this charge, have not heard back. The FTC said I should cancel the card, but I don't want this to hurt my credit so I did put a freeze on the card, so no other charges can be made. GMA today was suggesting I also report this to the ScamPulse.com because no one on GMA support this company, and reporting this type of scam to the ScamPulse.com may help to put a stop to this kind of business. I did email [email protected] to credit my account, but never heard back. There are phone numbers on the statement next to the products but the FTC could not guarantee they would not go to out of the country locations and charge me more so I have not tried to call.
