The person, Zach Owlet, offered me a remote data entry position for Ambulero. Everything was through email including the interview process which included an writing prompt which I would be paid for. After the interview and the job offer, I was sent a check (in pdf form) for over 4000 dollars. I thought that was usually to receive that much money without actually working. I requested a virtual face to face meeting and receive no response.

I received the following email. I requested a job posting and they provided it promptly. I filled out a google sheet with some interview questions. Got an offer a few days later. This is the original email I received.

Hi,

I am writing to you today to invite you to an online web questionnaire interview for the Remote Data Entry position at Ambulero, Inc. We were impressed with your qualifications and experience, and we would like to learn more about you. Your resume was provided to us via LindkedIn. We believe that you would be a strong asset to our team.

We would like to schedule an online web questionnaire interview with you today which usually last 7-15mins

Please let us know and we will send you an online invitation.

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
