I ordered and paid in full for a lamp on December 24, 2022. A month later, I contacted the "business" to report that I didn't receive the order. They replied and supposedly had "contacted the courier company and the company stated the last order would arrive that week." A month after that, I contacted them again as I had not yet received my order and asked for a refund. They responded stating a refund is being processed and to expect it within 1 to 2 business days. I didn't receive it. I made contact again 4 days later to ask for a status update. Their response was "give us a moment to see what's going on with your order". It is now 2 months and 1 week since I placed my order and have yet to receive my lamp or my refund. So, here I am, reporting them for fraud.
