There ads on social media to purchase unclaimed amazon packages. I tried and was charged but never received anything... i contacted their customer support only to be told i would not get an item or a refund and was re-directed to usps. Then they just never responded to my emails again. No phone number or address is provided. I lost $40 and thats not a bug amount my intention is for ppl like this to be stopped from taking larger amounts of money from others.
