November placed an online order (Facebook) for a quilt through Ameila Quilt, (they do their billing as Printable Company limited) I received conformation for the order via email ([email protected]), numerous ads for other offerings that they had. On the 10th of this month I got a notification that my order was complete and would be ready for shipping. I followed up 2 day's later and got an email saying that my order was being processed, when I questioned them about their conflicting responses I got an email stating that my request with generated request #. That my request was being reviewed by their support staff in the next 24 business hours. (they must be some long hours, because I still haven't heard anything. I have reached out to them again because now that I know they're (BS) I've followed up with my follow up's but I've also notified the companies that they deal with for their email (Zendesk) to inform them of the practices, and any additional companies that they deal with of their practices. Who knows maybe if they can be taken out of circulation it will help someone else from being scammed.
