Bought a quilt off Facebook site, never recieved it. Thank goodness purchased through Paypal and will get my money back! Disappointed, because they were beautiful, at least the pictures were!

Ad popped up on Facebook, I ordered, started sending emails after about 3 weeks asking when would it arrive, received a DHL etracker that said it had shipped-waited the 10 days and still nothing.

Saw a facebook ad for a pitbull quilt. Placed order with credit card through a paypall account. Weeks went by and tried to track the order. Couldnt find printabel company on the internet. Google searched item code and led to the out of order website ameliacotton10.com which no longer exists. Googled ameliacotton10 to find out it is a scam company.

I made 2 separate purchases and emailed to find out about a custom order. The response I got back was obviously an automatic response that had nothing to do with my question. That raised some concerns. After researching the company I found ther l they were a fraud. I contacted them again to ask for a refund. The site claims you have 90 days to get a refund. This was 2 days after my purchase. I was told refunds were no possible at that time. I have filled claims through PayPal and it is under investigation. They even sent me a tracking number which was a fake.

I encountered a website for an online quilt purchase at ameliaquilt.com. I ordered and received several confirmations and an order number. When trying to track my order the website does not load and there is no phone number to call. I have not received my order.

I purchased a quilt on 11/16. I just saw on the news today that this is a scam. I went to the website and they now say they are closed for Christmas. When I tried to track my order, it came up as not found. in addition, the tracking number that they gave me shows that they are still awaiting the item

I paid for a quilt on Nov. 22, 2018 but I have not received it. I purchased it through a Facebook ad. I went through PayPal and I am now disputing the charges.

The first of December as I was scrolling through Facebook noticed these themed quilts. Bought one for me daughter for Christmas. They sent emails after purchase, confirming but no info other than that. Weeks went by. Tried to find contact info so I could inquire the status of my order. The website is gone. Nothing will come up. Typed it in google search to find it had been reported by other consumers to be a scam.

I made two quilt orders from Amelia Quilt (Dec. 3, 2018 and Dec. 4, 2018) after my mom saw an ad for them on Facebook. They ran my credit card as soon as I made the orders. Dec. 10 I received an email saying my quilt was done and ready to ship. On Dec. 13 I emailed Amelia Quilt since the email I received on the 10th only said quilt and I wanted to check the status of both of my orders. To that email I got a non-answer reply, saying they are working on it and to wait. It's now Dec. 19 and I still haven't gotten an email regarding my quilts being shipped, so I googled the company. From everything I'm reading, I have been scammed and I won't receive my quilts, and if I do they won't be of the quality that the site indicated that they would be.

I ordered three quilts from an ad on Facebook. I received an email that the order was received and I would be notified via email when they were being shipped. I then received an email stating the item was ready to be shipped and again I would be notified when they were shipped. I did not here anything so I replied to the email. I received a response saying the prior email was incorrect and my items were in production and again I would be notified. I never received another email and when I went to the website it stated that were "temporarily closed to process and deliver all the previous placed orders before Christmas". I have not received any other emails or the items I ordered. I have contacted my card company to dispute the charges.

I seen a web site selling quilts I purchased one with my pay play on Nov 16, 2018 I have reached out several times and I get back an email saying someone will contact me with in 24 hours and No one does I have sent 5 emails to them I spent hard earn money for a Christmas present and as of now have not received it .

Placed order through FaceBook ad for a quilt with Amelia Quilt on 11/26/18. Immediate payment was charged and posted to my credit card. (I did use PayPal to process the payment). Received an email on 12/10/18 that my quilt was completed and ready for shipment. The email stated I would be provided with a tracking number once the courier picked up and my shipment was on the way. I heard nothing else from them. I emailed on 12/16/18 to inquire about my shipment. I received an automated response that my request had been received and would be reviewed within 24 hours. I heard nothing else. I emailed again on 12/19/18 to demand a tracking number. I also looked for their Facebook page, and found many, many others who had the same experience, and that Amelia Quilt is a SCAM. II tried to go to their website, which now states it is closed "to process all of the Christmas orders." have opened a case with PayPal to try and recoup my money.

I have ordered $103+ worse of quilts through this company. Communication was very poor and became obsolete. Now, I do not have quilts that I've purchased through them back in November.

I ordered a quilt I saw on Facebook. I purchaced it through PayPal. And never received the merchandise. Waiting patiently but concerned. I saw the post from you talking about other people that were having the same issue. I scanned through my emails to try to find more info and could not find name of company and it has been so long I forget. But I did find my receipt from PayPal. I purchased it Nov.4 and PayPal posted it pm Nov.5. It said it was going to take a few weeks so when it took longer I was getting concerned. I do have a PayPal number but not sure if I needed to post it here.

Saw advertisement on FaceBook, clicked on it and was taken to a website showing pictures of various quilts, made a selection of four (purchased as Christmas Gifts), paid thru PayPal using my Capital One Card. That was November 25th, 2018. Received confirmation from Amelia Quilts as well as a transaction receipt from PayPal for the purchase. Received additional emails (as you do with most companies) upselling for additional purchases and discounts. Received an email on Nov 26th stating that my order was being processed. Received an email on Dec 10th stating that order was complete and ready for shipment via DHL. Never received follow-up email with tracking number as promised. All attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. I am filing fraud claims with PayPal and Capital One.

Ordered 2 quilts one month ago. Got confirmation that order was being processed. Payment cleared my account. Their email stated that the quilt would take 5-7 working days. I sent an email with an inquiry, but never received a response. I finally got an email stating it was shipped by DHL 11 days ago. Then the USPS would receive it and ship it. Two problems: only one quilt was listed as sent and the package weight does not correspond to a queen size quilt (only 1.6 pounds versus approx. 6 lbs for a queen size quilt). I assuming that it wasn't a quilt that was sent and since it still hasn't reached the USPS after this long, that I won't get it at all. No word on the second quilt I ordered at the same time. Website also no longer exists.
