I purchased a quilt from them, payed by paypal. Didn't get it, so emailed them to check the status. Received a return email from "ecrafta Support Team" stating my order was "in production." Now they won't return my emails or I just get the automated one saying my request has been received and being reviewed. Guess I'm out the money, and my man is out the motorcycle quilt for Christmas.
