I saw a add on Instagram for wigs through a company called Amelia Wigs. I had an upcoming event and decided to order. I ordered 3 different hair pieces on June 5,2020. I paid an extra 10 for expedited shipping. Not only did I receive the order late but it was not at all what I ordered. I emailed the company to let them know of my issue and asked for a refund. I have been given the run around. They told me I would need to send it back however I would be responsible for shipping cost which is over a hundred dollars for a product I only paid $68.38 for not to mention it shouldn't be my responsibility to pay for a refund! Their add states money back guarantee. I have a slew of emails trying to resolve this but I haven't received a response in days or refund yet. I have since disputed the charges and am waiting for the results. Stay away from this company!
