This person had an IG account with thousands of followers and following thousands back. She posted her pom puppies for sale including videos and pictures of delivered pets. I was interested in a particular puppy so I DM her for details. She told me the puppy was $1400 with $200 shipping from AZ where she's at to CA where I am at. When we agreed on the puppy after exchanging pictures and pictures of the pet, she asked for a deposit and the balance when shipping was arranged. She asked to be paid by Zelle which was a cash app. This was not a red flag to me because I purchased my other pomeranian puppy the same way just 6 months prior without an issue. I received a tracking number from Fast Track Cargo which had a legitimate website so I thought.

Red flag came when they asked for $2800 for pet insurance which after research I know was not required especially because it's only from AZ to CA to be payable by Zelle again to the shipper. When I refused, they said the breeder paid $1000 and I only have to pay the difference. I wen to the breeder's IG page and commented on her videos of other puppies for sale that she's a fraud as I never received my dog and this shipping company was also fraud.

They also demanded an extra $3500 for a shipping crate for the puppy which was supposed to be 100 % refundable at door step delivery.
