The claim to be making quilts with different logs on them, you order it, pay for it, and it never comes.. This company doesn't exist. Only get auto responder responses for them stating that they will send my request to personal within 24 hours...

I ordered a quilt from this company Dec 1st, I have not received this but the money came out of my credit card. I have emailed them multiply times with the same reply.

I purchased a quilt for $58.91 online from Ameliaquilt.com - the $58.91 was deducted from my checking account in late November 2018. I've sent several emails to the above company asking for the quilt since it was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson.

The email response (1 received) said it was being looked into.

I finally got tired of waiting and contacted PayPal since they were tied into the company.

I have a case # thru PayPal and have not heard anything from them in over a week....just after my phone conversation with PayPal they sent me a notice from Ameliaquilt.com that the shipment was being sent; I looked at the tracking site (DHL) and it said Access Blocked.

What can you do to help me either get my quilt (which I would love to have) or get my refund of $58.91?

Ordered product and never received it. No answer when emailed. No other contact information.

Bought a quilt from them and they sent out an email stating that the quilt was done and they will be sending out an email with a tracking number on it. Its been over a week and I still have not received an email with tracking number on it.. Also when I go to check on it the page is missing or just does not come up.
