Ordered from Maelias Beauty Outlet from Facebook on November 08, 2022. And track shipping on Shop App. Or left was never shipped. Tried reaching out after the sites initial shipping time frame had passed (60 days) did not receive a reply until Jan 20, 2023 by the owner. Stating issues with shipping and that my order would be with him in a week, and that he would mail to me with a refund. Now April 23, 2023 and the owner has stopped responding nor has the issue been resolved. No delivery, not even shipped. Not refund and not further contact.
