I purchase Black Friday luggage set deal in November. After not receiving the merchandise and contacted them they said that the package was left in the mailbox and for me to check in and around my home. I do not know how a luggage set could fit in anyone's mailbox. However after several emails I was notified that my order was sent in error to someone else and a replacement order was issued in December. Fast forward to today January 18th another confirmation delivery status was sent to me this time showing merchandise to be delivered in Texas, but here's the kicker, I live in Georgia. So once again the shipment was sent to someone else and again this time it's also going to be in "error" I have requested a refund ($46)but I have not heard back from them as yet

I ordered luggage storage bags from Amellay. Order # 231102213919720 and tracking #SYAUS231064055YQ. After receiving a package with the same tracking # that THEY provided, it was the wrong item. It was some type of black stretchy bracelet. So I contacted them to let them know I received the wrong item. They're only response to me is to look around my house for it because they show the package was delivered. They even went so far as to ask for pictures of the package and item that was delivered. And i did that, showing them the package with the same tracking # that THEY gave me along with the item that was in the package. But still there only response is look around your house or check you mailbox, because we show the package was delivered.
