Tracking number: SYAUS2310165123YQ. Usps: 4203001792055901755477045119803393. Contacted the company on 12/3-5 for updates. 12/3 was told that delivered was made in my mailbox. 12/5 see response "Dear customer, I have verified the situation and it is possible that the shipping personnel have confused another customer's package with yours. If possible, we will resend the package for you as soon as possible today."

transfer tracking#4207841892748903269821100025527684. Usps confirm that delivery was made to a Texas Address and different recipient. After notifing them as well as sending them the correspondance from USPS. stating that delivery was made in Corpus Christi. see their response " We are very sorry to hear that you have not received the parcel yet.
But as we have mentioned above that the package has been already
delivered to you.

package was delivered to or pick up the package by yourself? If we
