I booked a $385 vacation package, then another one in April. I was ready to book and finally reserve even after Booked my air flights. The ruthless representatives started asking for a copy of my ID front and back? then said they need two weeks to book me in or even get a call back saying they are so busy booking people hotels. This is ridiculous is been 4 weeks and not a sign of them, I call and call and be placed on hold. I lost $800 to them and I haven vacation, and lost another $2000 on flights for me and my cousins. This is a fraudulent company, I don't want people becoming victim to them and I am sure plenty have and they didn't know to report it. ScamPulse.com needs to shut them down and prosecute those who have stolen money time and emotional stress from those who have purchased through them.
