I recieved and email offer stating I had been approved for a $5,000 loan with a company who claims to be America Cash Advance. I called the number given and the man was telling me that once I recieve my money I will THEN have to prove my income, etc. and in order to get the ball rolling I would first have to pay a processing fee of $100 and he ordered me to go to the nearest dollar store to get a money gram and then he would walk me through the rest, after he said that a big flag went up and i requested that i speak to the manager. Well he said the manager will call you back. After waiting 15 minutes for the "manager" to call me back he said that he had tried to call me 3x and i didn't answer-which is not the truth because i had my phone with me at all times. He finally gave the the direct number to reach him and the manager informed me that i don't need to worry about if they are legit or no because i will get my money and no need to worry. I responded with- you want me to give you all my bank information and your telling me i shouldn't worry if your a scammer?" The man proceeded swearing at me and calling me very vulgar names and hung up on. I'm sick and tired of these people getting away with ripping people off. Something needs to happen.
