My computer got a virus or malware and froze up. This companies name came up to help with cleaning and keeping computer safe. Got on my computer and did what they said. Had no problems. 6 months later got a text saying they lost their license in US and Canada, and were refunding me because I paid for lifetime tech support and they could not provide. Since had no earlier problems, they got on my computer to return the money, except instead of crediting me, they transferred $*** out of my savings to my checking to make it look like they gave me a credit but too much. They told me to call bank and verify the credit in my checking, which was there. But did not know they transferred from my savings to my checking as of yet.

They proceeded to tell me that I had to pay back the $*** over credit and the fastest way was to buy gift cards for Best Buy. I bought $*** before returning to work. After I sat down and decided to review my bank account again, I saw the savings account money gone. I called the bank to verify, and they said no credit was made to my checking, on a transfer of funds from my savings to my checking.

I did not buy anymore gift cards, did not turn them over to the company, but I'm out $*** in my savings to pay bills because I have gift cards I cannot use for bills.

I also had to take my computer in to Best Buy Geek Squad and pay them to clean my computer.

The guy I was dealing with from this scam company was threatening me over text saying I lied and he was at police station because he lost his job because I did not pay back the overcredit to my account.

Some overcredit, my own money gone.......
