I went online to order a metal grill canopy. I found one that cost only $98. The instructions to pay for it allowed for me to pay using paypal so I did that and decided to take it further and do the pay in 4 deal just to ensure this was the real deal. My order was confirmed by paypal and my pay in 4 was accepted however a couple weeks went by and I never received a tracking number. So I went on paypal and I opened a dispute to let them know that I never received my package or the tracking number.... 4 days later when I went back to check on how things were coming along they closed my dispute stating that the seller provided them with a tracking number that stated my item was delivered. I am in total shock and very upset because this was a huge item and would have never been missed... nothing was delivered at all. So I went to USPS today and opened up a complaint thinking maybe my package was stolen from my mailbox but I live in a beautiful neighborhood and people do not do this around here. Although USPS is looking into it I have researched and found some very disturbing inconsistancies with this company... one they are using a 1888 number that belongs to sams club so when you call...the representative has no idea what you are talking about. secondly they are using the same website under different names online... everything is different email addresses, contact info but it is the same store front... I imagine this helps them scam people better and move around quickly so they can't get caught.

The total item cost $98.00 and so far I lost $50.00 and pay pal states that I need to continue paying my pay in 4 plan even though I never received my items... i am very upset at paypal and the fact that I got scammed is very alarming. I reached out to this seller and my email continues to get bounce backs.
