1) I've paid this website $ 89.01 (Transaction ID on the website: 23301 , Payment Date: 05-Dec-2021) to this website https://www.america-ship.com/ for their service to ship 47 unit my inventory, but they claimed they "lost" my 16 units.

2) This person "Jet" from this company promised to partial refund me the service fee of the 16 lost units (I have conversation proof), however, at the end he refused to compensate the service fee of the 16 items nor the inventory value (Cost of good sold).

3) I emailed "Jet" a final notice via email on February 21st, 2022, he still refused to partial refund to my original payment credit card.
