This letter scared me alot. It was about buying Home Warranty coverage and I thought it had to do with my reverse mortgage. The man was in a really big hurry and didn't want to answer my questions. Because of you website about what to look for on the letter I realized it was a scan. It states as you had said 'Not all consumers have a previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage company'. They need to be held responsible scaring senior citizens like this! There is no address but they asked for the property code on the letter of shw0486063. Thank you!!
