This guy posts in local Facebook groups offering air duct cleaning at discounted price. Upon arriving, different guy shows up with this loud machine that he uses a skinny hose to put into the main air duct. He then says he we need a brush cleaning that costs an extra fee. He claims to clean out dryer duct. He did not go to every single air vent in our house. The guy who came just came in his personal car with a tiny machine. After he left, we had issues with our dryer vent being clogged and a fire happening in our dryer. We then called another company to come- they brought a legitimate truck with the bags attached. They went to every single room and clean every single vent using an extremely large hose. They also connected one to our vent in the utility room. We were told by this company that the first one definitely scammed us.
