Website states: We pride ourselves on our strict adherence to NADCA and ACCA standards, as well as the guidelines set forth by the EPA. Our highly trained and certified professionals perform each job to the highest standards using advanced techniques, tools, and equipment so that you can rest assured the task is done thoroughly.
The contractor misrepresented the quality of their services, tools, and technicians, the certifications they hold, the standards they meet, and performed shoddy, incomplete work. The result of their work created a situation worse than before they arrived at my home. It is also noted they discharged a non-HEPA filtered vacuum inside the living area of my home while performing the service.
The contractor is not listed on either NADCA or ACCA sites. I have reviewed the standards for NADCA and ACCA for this service, and these were not complied with. Also EPA provides a checklist for what to expect for duct cleaning and the checklist was not met either.
The contractor failed to complete the service that we paid for. We have contacted them about the incomplete work and they have failed to address the service.
We have hired a second contractor that holds the HVAC certifications (that the original company falsely claimed to have) to perform an inspection, document the results of the inspection, and perform the service that we were charged by the original contractor to perform.
