A month ago a rep called to tell me I won $1.6 million, and that I had to send $16,000 for "Wisconsin luxury tax" by money orders via UPS overnight ($65 extra charge) to Madelyn Martinez, 3805 S. Shady St., Visalia, CA 93277. I only sent $14,000. I do not want to speak to the media about this scam.
