Ok so I’m a first time buyer for a dog breed I’m looking for a bully I seen the website and clicked on it seemed legit so I messaged them about a puppy I was interested in... everything seemed fine he asked for price of puppy ($900) then asked for shipping total ($150) all transactions was done through cash app I have screen shots of what I sent.. when it came time to ship he then said I had to pay a refundable insurance for the flight to me ($1490) seemed very expensive so I asked for refund and no longer wanted the puppy now they are saying they can’t refund my money and I would like to report this as a scam
