I applied for an Administrative Assistant position on indeed at Entech Design, Inc and when I did not get the job someone from whom I thought worked at Entech told to contact Joe. Once I contacted Joe via email, he responded to my email the next morning. He in informed me about the job and told me what was expected of me Yes, I deemed this strange but was in serious need of a job, so I continued conversation. He informed me that he was an international entrepreneur and currently in Ontario meeting business partners the more and more we emailed that feeling of something not being right became stronger. I knew the job was too good to be true, but I remember thinking it was from indeed who would do this on indeed I later realized it was a scammer. sent two emails after I answer his questions and he didn’t respond two days of Joe not responding later and I receive close to $4,000 check in the mail. I knew something was 100% off so I contacted that bank that was on the check and looked up the address then I went to my bank to confirm and it was confirmed. The only positive story is I walked out with a job!
