Michael reached out saying that I had won 2 million dollars but stated that I needed to pay $640 dollars. He said that he would come to my home to get payment. I explained that I would check with the ScamPulse.com and that I would also like the number of someone who had actually won the money. He provided me with the name of someone and their address but that could be anyone. He said that if I did not have the $640 and if I was a poor person that I could talk to the insurance and that they would work with me on making a smaller payment.
