Received a call from a man named Alan Tracy who said he was with American Debt Relief. This man knew my personal information and somehow had my credit card# He wanted me to agree to give him $2,000.00 and he would help get rid of my debt. He said the government doesn't expect me to pay the balances on my bills.

Contacted the 2 numbers above. Each was contacted multiple times on different phones. Each eventually gave 3 different names for their business. 2 of the names i recall were "Debt123" & "American Debt Relief". Report also filed to FTC. Refused to give a web address for their business unless I prequalified for a loan. Refused to let me speak to a superior unless I prequalified for a loan. Told I couldnt speak to manager unless I prequalified. Told by different using the same tactics they were headquartered in different area. They seem to be skimming local phone numbers to appear legitimate and using classic one-ring call back scam tactics. Automated service prior to speaking to an "agent" does not disclose any company name. When inquiring about legitimacy an "agent" quoted Jack Nicholson in A Few Good Men with the line "You want the truth, you cant handle the truth."

i have dental costs on comenity bank at 0 % for a year.

American debt relief ( fake company, fake address, fake phone number) put a Power of attorney with a letter and my signature (all fakes) on May 28th 20018. I was told i donht have any autority on my account anymore. I sent a letter to Comenity Bank to cancel because i never did it and never autorized.

i made a report to the Police who said it is Identity Theft to steal ingo from my account.

They are investing and told me it is a Scam.

Company doesn t exist.

On Facebook categorizes as Scammer and people reported as Scam. On facebook and on ScamPulse.com no info on this company it is blank.

How they did it ?

Scammer can steal your info on a crefit card account
