I am constantly being harassed by email from this "company" over a loan that I do not have nor ever had. I have asked for documentation of this loan and I was told that I cannot have it because that was the agreement that I signed. They have threaten me and keep sending emails.

I was sent an email saying i took out a loan of $500 and i didnt pay. The email does not list the company and wants me to pay court fees of $1250. I have not taking a loan in this amount and it doea not list any contact information
