Toilet paper case order of 20 rolls on Amazon placed by Amazon representative for $13 @$8 shipping charge. After order was placed and promise of waived shipping charge American Delivery the 3rd party seller charged $87 for shipping. This apparently is a scam seller and multiple victims can be found when searched on Google.
