I placed an online order for a product through a website and was told deliver would take approximately 12 weeks. I tried contacting the business via phone and email after about 15 weeks but could not get a response. I eventually received an email with a UPS tracking number but it only shows that a label was created and no package was sent. I initially placed my order on 02/06/23 so it has now been 19 weeks. I was also able to locate a few social media posts from other people that are having the same experience.
