I've gotten a call 3 times this week from 330-227-6499. The gentleman has very broken English. He says he's with American Electric Power and my power will be turned off today. He asked fro my name and account number. We had words. I called AEP who confirmed my account is paid up to date. they said to report the call to BBB.
