I called back again to speak with a new manager Casandra she apologized for the situation and said that she would send in the paper work to have the action reversed and that there should be no interruption in our current contracted service due to the fact it had not been in acted yet.
2 weeks later I am now receiving letters of early cancellation from my current provider. This should not have been an issue and the change had been canceled. I called AEC back they apologized said they don't know how that happened and they would once again said a corrected email out. to no surprise this never happened and the new energy company is impossible to get a hold of their rates are not what was promised and to top it off large early cancellation fees are coming in from the previous provider.
3 months continuing to call AEC they do the we have no record of speaking with you game. They have no manager and screen calls. So if you continue to call in they pick up and hang up on you. I have had to use multiple phone numbers to call off of so they answer and still they do nothing to correct what they were supposed to fix 3 months ago.
