I had ordered three survival lighters and three solar charges for members of my family as Christmas gifts this order was placed in October 2021 I've never received my items probably at least 20 emails later being told it's on back order it will be shipped 10 to 12 business days cannot reach anyone on the telephone what a scam unbelievable what people do these days it's a shame but I do believe in karma

I too got taken by this Un-American company! I placed an order for $130.00 bucks and almost 2 months later, still no delivery of products. I filed a complaint with the BBB today, disputed the charge with my Banking Institution to see if I can have the transaction reversed before 60 days have passed. DON’T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY SCAM “Your item is on back order” contact your bank to reverse the transaction!

I ordered a TAC staff axe head back in May of 2021 ($43 in total). Never received it. I sent them numerous emails and they always had the same canned response about preorder delays and that the item would be sent out in 10-12 days. The weird thing is that I ordered some Tactical Staffs from them prior to this and they actually did deliver what I ordered and I think they are great, that's why I ordered the Axe Head attachment. I wonder what the heck happened to them. It's sad really. But they need to go to jail for all their fraudulent activities since. Hope somebody nails them!

What a shady company, can't believe that there is no way to make them accountable for charging for nondelivered items. Ordered some plasma lighters as Christmas gifts in October 2021 and with numerous inquiries always get the same canned response about overwhelming demand and promise to ship in 10-12 days. For months. What they do is absolutely illegal but they bank on nobody wanting to spend way more $ than they were scammed out of in order to make them pay.

I purchased a radio from this company in August of 2021. I was told numerous times that I would receive the item next week and so on because they were waiting from shipments. Finally, I requested a FULL REFUND of $119.89. I made numerous requests via phone and via email. They asked for my credit card information and they claim that the refund was rejected. Then they demanded that the ONLY way to make that refund was via PayPal. I sent them the PayPal information as they requested via email to [email protected] and I am still waiting for that refund. No reply what so ever from this company.

Please be extremely cautious with this company as you may never receive the item that you paid for or your refund.

Purchased item from them around Christmas and was charged on my card. Then an additional payment was taking as well. I call there number and always says to call back during business hours. With no product ever sent. Don't use this company as I'm still trying to get my money refunded!

I ordered products in November 2021, My account was charged at that time but I have received no product. Also I have been charged $39.00 per month since then. Nov, Dec and Jan. I called the number during business hours, they were closed, and emailed them, no response.

I ordered the tactical staff for my sons for Christmas 2020, no problem.I’ve been in & out of the hospital since then, and did not realize until today, that this company has been charging my credit card $39.99 a month since that purchase! The total is $479.88 I’ve been scammed out of! When I tried to contact them at the website they list for you to use, I filled everything out, and when I hit enter, it said “not found”! Seriously!?!?
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered survival equipment from another non related company, but the scammer had attached itself to the legitimate company’s site. By the time I realized what happened, my bank account had already accumulated several fraudulent charges. I contacted customer support and cancelled the order and was promised a refund. That was 2 months ago. Fourteen email messages later and still no refund of the double charges. Customer support line has apparently been disconnected.

purchased mono scope. pay shipping only. they charged me 6 × the amount. now they cant be reached by phone all i get from gmail is the same B/S well get it to ya no refund just runaround this place is a scam

Preferred a lighter for 60.00. Charged and never received! Now it gets worse since the coming is now charging us 39.99 a month! We can't get hold of anyone and no phone number!

Ordered the survival torch lighter and solar charger October 26th. Never received the items after trying to contact them several times. Phone number says their offices are closed during their "normal business hours". And email support just gives you a BS form letter that they are behid and item will ship in 10-12 business days. Also noticed that they started helping themselves to my bank account for $39.95 a month. Cancelled the card- they won't get any more! Finally got fed up and cancelled the order, but no response, no refund and no product as of 12-8-21! This company is a bunch of scammers!

Same thing is happening to me when I ordered me a staff cane Apr 22 2021. Phone says they are closed and get the same lame auto 3mail reply that it should ship in 10-12 days.

I ordered a pair of Binoculars $228.89 on May 17, 2021 and there was an offer for some "free" gift to be included if I ordered now. I clicked "yes" also for the free gift. I have now been charged 3 months (05/18, 06/18/ and 07/18, 2021) for $39.99. There has been no free gift, no correspondence, no delivered product. I call the above number during normal business hours and they are always closed. They babble quickly about a website, "Barker-something or Barkley-something" and there is no way to figure out what they are saying clearly enough to follow up.
