I contacted american general warranty to sign up for the home warranty. They had good discounts so i signed up for 5 years of home warranty for only 1445. after signing up, im unable to get a hold of the company. site not working, phones disconnected and bouncing emails.

I purchased home warranty coverage from American General Warranty for two properties. I sent them a check for $650 and received the warranty contract in the mail as promised. After multiple attempts to reach them for a plumbing issue I have not received a response to any email, phone or Facebook contacts. When I first looked them up everything checked out with reviews, BBB, and consumer reports. Now that I'm having trouble everything has flagged them. Apparently I'm not the only one but thought I'd add my two cents for what its worth.
