Father in Law received letter stating that warranty was about to run out on a home that they just have lived in for many many years. The letter stated that they just purchased the house last year. They stated they could get 3 years more of warranty and if they didn't call soon the policy could expire soon (more like SOON). Shame on them for sending letters out like this and shame on for picking on the elderly.

We receive phone calls from this number for home protection warranty insurance. We also receive mailings from them telling us "final notice" "service disconnect" for insurance we do not have nor did we request. There is no real address or website. After speaking with the lady on the phone, I came to realize this was an insurance offer scam. I then proceeded to "google" their information and found nothing on them. No reviews, website, brick and mortar building. Please look into this scam, they are extremely overpriced and I feel someone will fall for this.
