Before moving into my new condo, I opened my mail to 12 different pieces of mail in Pink labeled "OWNER RESPONSE REQUIRED." I picked up the phone and called as instructed. Before I knew what happened, this guy was like we have you locked into a $200 a month home warranty program. My response was not required. Its a home warranty company. They gave the impression during the process that this was mandatory for my condo.
