renters beware! Tartaglia Moore, is a fraud. This individual, claimed to be a landlord of many properties. this individual and his wife claim to be Christian people who are looking for someone to rent their home too. DO NOT fall for this scam. this thief used the Zillow app and the rently app to allow my family to think we were renting a home. this was a lie. the home had been rented to another family and the "landlord" stole my money and is refusing to return the funds. I have since found out that i was a victim of a scam. there was no house to rent. the whole thing was a lie. not only is my families $1,994 STOLEN but we are out the money because CHASE bank doesnt actually consider zelle a secure business.

Worse company ever. Never call you back. A new different manager every week. Maintenance is a piece of garbage. They probably hire someone on your city for 0.50 cents hour and send to your home 2 months after you requested it. Adjustment fees??? Fee for paying your rent with a Visa credit card??? $40.00 fee for paying my rent 15 days in advance... Convenience fee??? Remanagement fees??? I have no idea what those mean but I know they cost about $5000.00 year... be aware of the scam...fees over fees... worse impossible...
