Ordered an item from American horse in April 2020. Promised a 2-7 week delivery window. Company has made excuse after excuse as to why my item isn't received. They have sent me several phony tracking for the package.

I placed two separate orders months ago. They consistently respond with vague answers as to the whereabouts of the products. I believe these products are never coming but they sure took the money out of my account immediately!
