Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I received a text message saying that i was accepted and initial payment and directions to contact the person who would do the wrap would be enclosed. What i received as a check for $3250, and a text message saying that i should deposit that check into my account and forward $2750 to another gentlemans name. Once that was done I would be receiving $500 each month that my car carried the advertising.
As you can see the check is from a different place than the envelope is from which is scott dawson united stationers 40 stationers way sacramento ca
