I hired this company through Etsy to make a doll case and paid him $200. It took an unusual amount of time. Then he said he no longer worked with Etsy and they refunded me. He asked me to pay him direct. I did. He has stalled me off for months and will no longer answer emails. I wonder if my bank could get my money back
